The Randy B. Lewis All-University Leadership
Conference is a unique opportunity at UCI for
students, faculty, staff, and administrators to
all go on a weekend retreat together to meet one
another, network, hone their leadership skills,
and discuss important issues facing the Univesity.
Carefully selected speakers and presenters address
topics of concern to today's UCI students. Usually
held the first weekend in October, the "All U"
is one of the hottest tickets around and often
fills to capacity during summer.

The 26th Annual Randy B.Lewis Leadership Conference, hosted by the Office of the Dean of Students was held at the Doral Resort in Palm Springs. The event took place Oct 3rd-4th and was attended by over 200 student, faculty, and staff members. This year's conference featured a keynote speech delivered by Tom Matson of Gallup and Innovation Protocol CEO, Sasha Strauss, a UCI alumn. Students participated in different workshops focused on building their unique, personal strengths as leaders. The conference was a success in helping bring students together and helping them develop their skills as leaders on campus.
