Information
The Office of the Dean
of Students would like to work with faculty to
promote a positive learning environment in which
faculty, teaching assistants, and students are
all duly respected and whose individual rights
are harmoniously preserved. As members of UCI's
faculty, instructors are figures of authority
to students, and we would like to help faculty
explore the parameters of this role and give advice
on ways to handle potentially difficult student
situations.
