The Dean of Students Business Services Office was established in July 2001 to support excellent business practice in accordance with UCI Policies and Procedures within the Office of the Dean of Students. A central financial office was needed to facilitate budgetary, personnel actions, purchasing, and contract services on a departmental level. A close collaboration between business managers, unit directors, coordinators, and satellite personnel was essential to swiftly expedite programmatic goals with financial back up and expertise.
The business services office researches solutions to meet the needs and service expectations of our faculty, staff and students while strictly adhering to the UCI Policy and Procedures directives.
The office has a history of encouraging campus co-sponsorship and collaboration in order to present quality programs of interest to the Diverse Student Population of UCI and to promote the higher education experience.

Business Meetings/Entertainment Reminder
When submitting list of attendees for catering events please include
the name of host for event. Any event involving payment for food
should include everyone who attended the event. Any questions please
contact the Business Services Office.
Important W-2 Information
To print a duplicate Form W-2 (2006 Forms available after February 1st, 2007):
1. Log in to your account through this link
2. Select the W-2 option located in Income and Taxes
3. Print your W-2 (2006 and 2005 are currently available online (prior years must be requested through the payroll office).
Internet Travel Package Purchases disallowed
Reimbursement of these packages will no longer be allowed due to the
inability to provide a breakdown of charges. 1/1/07.
